Danielle Sprouls has shattered the glass ceiling in the title insurance industry. She has worked on some of the most prominent real estate transactions in New York, most notably, the $1.72 billion sale of the Met Life Building at 200 Park Avenue, the development of the Bloomberg Building with Vornado, both the purchase and sale of the Lipstick Building at 885 Third Avenue, and the acquisition of Stuyvesant Town for $5.4 billion by Tishman Speyer. She also has worked on high-profile corporate acquisitions including SL Green's acquisition of Reckson for $6 billion and the purchase of Archstone-Smith by Tishman Speyer and Lehman Brothers. Danielle's sphere of influence extends across the country where she has completed more than $4 billion of national transactions. She joined Liberty Title Agency's New York City offices as executive vice president in January 2006. In her position, she is responsible for guiding the company's continued growth including that of Liberty Art Title Agency. Danielle serves on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) New York District Council's Executive Committee as the co-chair of Sponsorship. She also is a member of the ULI Commercial Retail Development Council (Blue Flight) as well as of the Young Leader's Mentor/Protégé Committee. In addition, Danielle is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, the International Council on Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She earned a B.A. from Seton Hall University and a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.
