Brian H. Madden, President and Co-founder


Brian H. Madden is president and co-founder of the Liberty Title Agency family of companies — encompassing Liberty Art Title Agency, LLC; Skyline Title LLC; and GNY Liberty Abstract L.L.C. Brian's flagship company is a real property title insurance agency, which ranks among the largest of its type in the State of New York. A widely respected veteran of the title insurance industry, Brian serves as a member of the New York State Land Title Association; the American Land Title Association, Public Relations Committee; the Title Insurance Political Action Committee; the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB), vice chairman of NFIB's Leadership Trust; the Real Estate Roundtable; and the Long Island Housing Partnership. He also serves on the corporate boards of Bovie Medical Corporation (AMEX symbol, BVX), Madison National Bank (OTC symbol, MNBX), and the ARIS Corporation. Brian is active charitably and civically, serving as a commissioner of the Suffolk County Workforce Housing Commission; a member of the board of trustees of Jazz at Lincoln Center, Molloy College, Long Island Children's Museum, Friends of Sagamore Hill, and Tomorrow's Hope Foundation; and as chairman of the board of trustees of the College at Old Westbury Foundation, Inc. He is the recipient of the Mercy Medical Center Bishop John McGann Lifetime Achievement Award, the Sisters of St. Dominic Veritas Award, and the Nassau County Mental Health Association Corporate Citizen of the Year Award. Brian holds a B.B.A. from Iona College.
