Terence P. Guerriere has worked in the business of real estate law and title insurance for more than 20 years. As chief operating officer, he oversees Liberty Title Agency's and Liberty Art Title Agency's day-to-day operations. Before joining Liberty, Terence worked as a vice president for United General Title Insurance Company, where he was responsible for that company's relationships with their agents throughout New York State. Prior to that, he was president of JP Morgan Title Agency and a business executive for the JP Morgan Chase Title Insurance Group. Terence was an attorney in private practice with McCarthy Fingar, LLP, co-founder and general counsel of Electronic Land Services, Inc., and managing counsel for the National/Commercial Office of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He is a graduate of Williams College, and he earned a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law. He has lectured on the topic of legal ethics and title insurance law. Terence is active in his community, serving on numerous boards and committees. He is a former chair of the City of White Plains Board of Appeals (Zoning) and a former member of both the White Plains Planning Board and the White Plains Citizens' Budget Advisory Committee. He also is a founding member of the Stepinac Foundation, a charitable educational foundation.
